Jim Clark changed his mind. Less than two years after the Netscape-made billionaire vowed not to marry again (well, not without a pre-nup), comes news that he will wed Kirsty Hinze, former swimsuit model and host of "Project Runway Australia," according to the Sydney Morning Herald.

The 28-year-old blond is less than half Clark's age (64), but she insists it's no big thang.

"To me, it was different to hang out with someone with something to say that was so interesting and important and who was truly, incredibly intelligent. He's handsome and has so much charisma - and he's so funny," she told The Australian Women's Weekly.
