I think the video above pretty much speaks for itself, but just in case you didn't catch that or you don't have time to watch a video right now, Stripped is a documentary about comics: newspaper comics, webcomics, and even the business of comics. What happens to all of our beloved newspaper comic strips (and their creators) when the newspapers start failing? Just the little trailer above shows the contrast between the old school of thought and the new webcomics movement.
The movie is nearly complete, but there's a Kickstarter campaign to raise funds for licensed clips, like interviews with Charles Schulz or various bits about the decline of newspapers. There is also a HUGE list of cartoonists and other figures who were interviewed for the film. Perhaps most notable (and thus first on their list) is Bill Watterson himself. Watterson is famously reclusive and has done very few interviews since retiring from Calvin & Hobbes in 1995. How Stripped managed to score an (audio-only) interview with Watterson is a mystery to me, but for me it's worth backing the project to see what he has to say.
Check out the Kickstarter page for more, including some other great clips from the movie.
