Two years ago, John Wick was the uber-Keanu Reeves movie: a revenge thriller where a former hitman, distraught over the death of his wife, seeks revenge on a mobster’s son who kills his dog and steals his car. It became an unlikely hit thanks in part to the wild, stunt-heavy action scenes. And since one over-the-top story of a secret brotherhood of assassins isn’t enough, John Wick: Chapter 2 is on its way to theaters next February. Lionsgate just released the trailer for the sequel—and it’s everything fans of lazy Sunday action movie marathons on TNT could have hoped. Ian McShane, John Leguizamo, and Lance Reddick all return as various players from Wick’s old life, joined by newcomers like Ruby Rose, Common, and Peter Stormare. The best part: It features a Matrix reunion of sorts for Reeves and Laurence Fishburne as "The Bowler King," a reference that teases Chapter 2 will up the fight scene ante.
